SRD has some incredible brushes from Stephens Woodworking. Silvertip w/ Danish oil treated handles in your choice of woods. I have a 28mm (w/ 65mm loft!) & love it. Another one (24mm) is on my Christmas list. That & some TOBS cream warmed in a scuttle--hard to beat. Works great on soaps too. The price: I paid about $80 for mine!

I'll second (third? fourth? fifth?) the Crabtree & Evelyn brush - good quality brush at a price that can't be beat.

SEMOQUE=Lather Machine
You are in luck. Go to Classifieds Misc. or click the photo of the Semoque Silvertip Brush ad. One of our members (blaireau) sells them. I now have one. It is the most fantastic lather-maker ever dreamed of. I suffered way too long without a Semoque. I am thinking about taking a shower using total-body lather generated with it! It is that effective. It is a keeper. Get one from blaireau. He is fair and fast.
