Thanked: 522Brush question
Can anyone help me? Two years ago I bought a Colonel Conk silvertip badger hair brush and it constantly loses hair with each use. I thought the hairs would stop falling out after some use but they continue to fall out.
Did I get a bad brush or is this typical of the Conk brand. I know I will never buy another Conk.

That shouldnt happen, a few hairs here and there when new is to be expected, but after two years are there any left? Get a new brush, but not a Conk!
It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled. Twain

Thanked: 13245I think it sometimes depends on where they got the knots from that month...
My Conk Pure badger hasn't lost but 3-4 hairs it's whole life...
But seriously guys, we hate to admit it, but most likely all the badger hair is coming from China, regardless of the brand, and it really just depends on what they happen to get....

Over the past 15 years I have owned 2 Col Conk brushes, still have them, little hair loss! Maybe 2 or 3 a week for the first month and then practically none after that!
