    How you doin'??

This is a tough one. I really like my Rooney Style 3 Finest because it works so well for both soaps and creams. It is a stiffer brush which I also like. In addition on the Rooney side I am using the Rooney Heritage BumbleBee small for cake soaps and it works really well. My other favorite all around brushes are my Stephen's Woodworking in 28mm. I like the light bulb shape as it works well with both creams and cake soaps and I am still using my Maestro Stag Brush and my Shavemac 28mm also a light bulb cut.

I pretty much rotate these brushes right now, but am always open to try new stuff!!

    Have fun,

    Lynn

besides if you been straight shaving for years as Lynn has he most likely has a large collection and it is impossible to choose just one, I think he gave a great answer myself

    I agree.

Not to hijack the thread, but I would really like to hear from Don, too. I recently bought an amazing brush from Don. It was one of those hard-to-find Simpsons (since no one wants to sell theirs), and I could not help wondering what he's keeping for himself.

Lynn doesn't sideswipe any answer! like dward and crankymoose, I believe, are saying, Lynn is probably one of the most, if not the most, knowledgeable person here on any subject regarding any topic on wet shaving. He is also treats everyone with respect and caring, regardless if you or I think there question may be just a little out there! I should know, I've probably asked one or two of them! Thanks for all you do Lynn. Man I wish I could have only 1/10th the knowledge he has on these subjects!

You should see the pics in the shave den thread!
It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled. Twain
