Bud that looks like a great brush, they kinda scared me with what they say about badger brushes holding bacteria and stuff, but it's only my bacteria so I got nothing to worry about.

You've got a good eye for a brush. Those two are the nicest ones I had. The Plisson HMW went to a collector in Europe. It was just too big for me. It was the most magnificent brush I've seen. The Simpson is a Manchurian grade Chubby 2. Another beauty that could take the chrome off a car bumper it is so stiff and scritchy. I only use it when I buy another razor on ebay and I want to punish myself.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

    * I own a Silvertip Rooney and two Silvertip Shavemacs.

I sometimes feel guilty about the badgers too. I am a member of PETA but a very liberal one. I am not a vegetarian, I will use badger brushes, etc. I agree with animals having rights just like we do. In the case of badgers... They are killed for food and the hair happens to be another commodity for trade. I'm sure the badger hair market is a bit more than just killing them for food but the overall picture is population control/food/ trade. It's a hard thing to swallow, I agree. Just my two cents...
