Brush fit for an Aztec God
I did another little brush project that I am pleased with. I used an Aluminum topped cork from a Tequila bottle that was shaped like an Aztec God. I had to drill this time with a metal bit because of the solid aluminum block. The size was 3/4" for the bit and a 20mm Silver Tip Badger knot. The final picture reveals that the brush can be stood on his head but slightly off balance.

Nice idea and well executed! My GN best badger knot is currently mounted in a champagne cork.

That is really cool. I thought about suggesting you start mass producing those for sale but if you had to drink a bottle of tequila to get an Aztec god for every brush you'd never get anything done.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I wonder how many of those brushes I could make in one day. The problem is that the Tequila was bad so it looks like it is a one of a kind.
