Time to whine
Today while I was drying off my schwarzweisskeramik scuttle, I dropped it and shattered the fill spout off of it.
I loved that scuttle...
I guess it will live on in old posts...

Thanked: 335Gator,
Sorry to hear about your tough luck. Your reversal of fortune is why I let my ceramic vessels drip dry: I'm hoping the drip saves the drop.

Know exactly how you feel! Was traveling and had my DirtyBird in a bag in the backseat of my truck. Things had shifted and when I opened the door...................you guessed it! DirtyBird does not mix with concrete from about 3.5 feet!

My backup is a Georgetown Pottery scuttle.
Fathers Day is fast approaching.

Thanked: 1262Luckily I am a cheap SOB and have no scuttle. The worse that happens to me is dropping my brush and getting soap on the floor.
My condolences.....
