Default Got my first brush today

Went out in search of a new razor today and came back with this. Seeing as I'm going to give straight razor shaving a shot tomorrow figured I'd be needing it. It was half price too so that didn't hurt.

    Default Eveready

Hey Miner --I bought a NOS Eveready very similar to that about ten years ago and shaved with it daily until very recently. Hopefully yours will be as soft and nice as mine still is. enjoy

Congrats on finding a nice brush and you can't beat half off if the original price was reasonable to start with! Bring it to the meet with you!

I'll bring it. By the way, the green is not quite as bright as it shows on the picture. It looks better in person. Ha Ha.

    Default Ever Ready Brush

My grandfather used a brush like the one pictured for decades. His was in red and white. It did the job.

Let us know how it works. I bought a vintage badger brush and it did not hold together for long. The glue fell apart and the bristles were pretty much roaming free.

So far so good, I've only used it 3 times though.

Lovely looking brush. If the bristles are not what you hoped for you could always replace them and still have that pretty handle.
