    Default Second Brush

Well here is the second brush that I made. This one I turned myself, the wife even gave me a nice compliment! Anyways the wood is Cocobolo (4.5 ") with TGN 26mm Silvertip. This brush shed a bit more but not excessively. It felt very soft yet created great lather. Will try it out with soap either later tonight or tomorrow. I am totally happy with my work so far.

Enjoy and of course comments are welcomed!

Very nice brushes, Lu. I like the tall handle of the second one.

A cool brush to have and way to go on making it. Nice Silvertip! Sounds like you will have a lot of fun with this one.

Nice! I really like the wood and the grains come out really well too..!

The long handle would be good for lathering in smaller containers as well. Good stuff!

    Thanks Stubear,

I really wanted to make this super long handle, it is great for the redneck scuttle that I use. It makes great lather I just seem to be ending up with way more than needed.
