This is, in my opinion, the best route to take.

Here is probably the best resource on generic badger grades for badger hair shaving brushes:

Super Badger is what Vulfix calls their highest grade (I think it's their highest) and is softer and a good bit more expensive than the stiffer pure. I think they are both what some call silvertip, but not sure.

Each company has it's own grading system so that makes it very hard to start with, but generally within a company the brushes are price based on the quality of the hair, and they usually make a substansial jump in the prices between the levels. The more expensive is not always the best for you also, the reason there is grades and differences in price is that there is more amount of base level hair (fine) on a Badger than the softer white tipped hair(super/silver-tip), which makes it rarer and thus more expensive.

This is what Super Badger can do?

Can fly around the world to undo time.

Can catch a speeding bullet in his teeth.

    Super Badgers powers include:
    Flight.
    Super strength.
    Super speed.
cannot die (every 17 days super Badger will have one more heartbeat when he's dead so he will eventually come back to life.)
Super durabitlty (i.e bullets cannot penetrate his skin, bones not broken by conventional means)
Super hearing> speculation: (posible use of echo-location?)
Super vision> expanded to: x-ray vision (though cannot see through Lead) Micro vision (the ability to see micro details of an object) Heat vision (heat beams protrude from eyes)
Super breath (can produce gale force winds) and freezing breath
other powers seen though not regularly used: Hypnosis, Cellular absorption.
Note: Super Badger powers have changed over the years. The "Crisis on infinite earths" story in the comics altered Super Badgers powers and tamed them a bit, since by that point he was "near-god-like" and had no real means of losing to an opponent. DC used the "Crisis" storyline to lower his abilities slightly...
Example: Pre crisis: survived nuclear blasts. Post-crisis: Nuclear radiation could harm/kill super Badger
Pre crisis: could push planets out of orbit. Post crisis Able to shatter mountains, but definitely not planets.

super Badger is not immortal in the strictest sence.
and super Badgers skin is not super durable.
the reason he is so invulnerable is because his body produces a force field that allows him to absorb enormous amounts o energy. which also alows him to lift forces higher then 100 tons. in essence his powers are telekentic.

So there you have it the next time you pick up and start lathering Super Badger, just be glad he's on your side.

Super Badger is Silvertip that has been treated with a process making the hair whiter and softer, this the case with TGN. Whippeddog's Super Badger knots are untreated and greyer.

Left to right, Brush #1 is WD's version while Brush #4 is the TGN's version of Super Badger. Brush #5 is WD's Silvertip. I hope this helps.
