    Default Thater Brushes

Who sells these? I know SRD had them, but their website only has about 3 left.
Does anyone know any other places I may pick one up?

Also, I am looking for one of their models that are as soft as my Rooney stubby but a little taller so as to be a little better with creams and not be such a lather hog. Which one does thater make that fits those two criteria.

    Thanks

They are a small outfit even for a brushmaker so the supply can be spotty. I would wait for SRD to restock. ordering from Germany can be a hassle even though they have the best selection there. I have the Chubby 3 and it's a very nice brush and very high quality. Not floppy at all but not quite like a true 2 bander.

You could send a PM to Lynn and/or Don, or email SRD and get an idea of when they'll be restocked.

    Where from?

Also, if you find a good source Kris, let me know - I am also searching for Thater selections from a reputable source and you are right, many are very low in stock with few options.

For those that own these - how is the density compared to say a simpson's chubby 1 best or super?

It is hard to compare IMHO.
I have brushes that are supposed to be identical, yet there are noticeable differences between them. I'm not talking Thäter here by the way

The best way for me to describe my Thäter 4292 is this: It is less dense than my Rooneys Finest and my Shavemac D01 two band.
It has about the same density as a couple of my Simpson Supers and my Plisson HMW.

Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....
