i'm looking into the pure badger brush since its the cheapest and i'm a 19 year old college student haha. has anyone used the AOS pure badger brush or any AOS products? are they worth the price?
Before I knew about srp I bought this very brush along with a straght and several skin care products. The brush is a good brush but to be honest the only thing I would buy from them again would be the cream, it quite good althought you can get comparable ones for the price. If you want a nice badger brush and are on a budget I suggest gloden nib....youmight have to put it together with a little glue but you'll get a lot of brush for little money.
You can also upgrade the boar without spending a fortune by looking at a highr quality boar brush (like omega or semogue) or perhaps horse hair (bestshaving.net has some cheap ones that get some love around these parts). It all depends what your looking for.
In summary the aos brush is quite good, particularly with creams but you can get better bang for your buck by doing some online shopping. Hope that helps.
