Thread: Kent shaving stuff

I found that a store here in Trondheim sells Kent shaving supplies. I took a look at the brushes and they look incredibly similar to my Vulfix. I suspect they are in fact vulfixes even though the clerk said they were from Kent.

They also had some Kent shaving soap (no fragrance) which I'm curious whether anyone have tried. They also sold tabac shaving soap, which I hear good things about, so I think I'm going to put that on my wishlist for x-mas.

Kent and Vulfix brushes are not the same. Kent and Vulfix are both respected brush makers.

I don't have first-hand experience with the soap, but others have said it is a good product (also known as Mitchell's Woolfat Soap)...

Now where's that grain of salt?

Tabac is currently my favorite shave soap - great lather and easy on my sensitive skin. I love the smell, it brings back memories of good times when I was undergrad (used the cologne for a while)

I haven't heard anybody say something bad about tabac shaving soap.
