    Default No brushes in classifieds

Was just pondering, why is there not a brush section in the classifieds? I enjoy browsing at the razors and I know when I see the right razor for me I'm going to jump on it, but there is no brush section?

Oversight or simple reason my simple mind has not yet come to a conclusion of?

I believe most brushes sold in the classifieds can be found in the "misc" sub-section.
Not sure how often they turn up for sale in there though

That is correct. I've bought a few nice brushes out of the misc. You can also place a want to buy ad in the WTB for a specific model if you know what you are looking for.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Got my Vulfix in the misc section. Great big old thing. You just have to keep checking to see when someone posts one. As a matter of fact there is one in there now.

Great question. I've often wondered the same thing.

My guess is a couple of the other forums have much more active brush sales activity and I frequently see the same listings on 2, 3 sometimes 4 other forums. I get the impression folks are not eager to have yet one more place to list their FS brushes.

Of course, if SRP is your main forum, it leaves you at somewhat of a disadvantage, not that you can't buy or sell one here, just fewer folks offering and looking.

So, what do you having coming?

I can tell you my reason for not listing any of my excess brushes - my experience there was a lack of interest. I think the last one I put stayed for a month before it was sold, since I wasn't willing to go lower than 45% off (like new condition) and in my opinion was a great deal already. The buyer was very happy when he got it, but nevertheless it appears that it wasn't appealing enough for most people.
