Thanks for the heads up Ivo. That's dirt cheap for a Super Badger.

Thanked: 9Yeah, I thought so.
I was in the market for a Simpson but at these prices, and not being mega rich, I'd rather get this - at least for now, to try it out.
Cheers

The one that's on the linked auction seems to be a small traveller. I'd rather use a C&E BB (I think they cost about $30 in the US) for regular shaving and then get a larger nicer Silvertip. However, if you want to get this one specifically for travel purposes, it's a great deal.

Thanked: 9It's not that small, it's kind of regular size. Rooney makes a specific travel brush. By the way, I did shave for years with a travel brush but its messy and prefer something a bit larger.
I'll say more when I get mine, but I expect this to be just right for me for daily shaving.

ps specs are: total height: 10.5 (or 10) cm, knot size 22 or 23 mm. Handle is 5 cm, and Tones says hair is 5 cm, Rooney specs claim 5.5 cm. In my book, this is a normal size (after my years with a travel brush) Rooney's travel brush is listed at 8.5 overall heightLast edited by izlat; 09-26-2006 at 03:42 PM.

If they're calling 22mm "small" then their large one must be used for lathering horses for pre-surgery shaves. This is a respectable size and had I known, I would have got one myself. With shipping and duties, it would have cost me a bit less than my C&E BB.
