    Default Dirty bird scuttle

I think I have hard water it leaves a residue on my scuttle when I use it. My question is how do I clean the inside of my scuttle when the bowl is attached to the cup

Calgon will work many times. You have to mix it with your water before pouring it in your scuttle. A little extra work upfront should save you in the long run.

    Some vinegar should work too.

the white film won't really build up in there. I wouldn't worry about it too much. I have used a scuttle for months and have the same issue. I only clean the outside and it has not affected the performance at all. plus you can't see it lol

its just Lime that is added to the water, so use green soap that are used for doing the dishes (i use "Zalo" on oil hands, car rims, and much more, but dont know if they sell "Zalo" outside norway), set in the scuttle with green soap without water, then use hand scrub or sink scrub without water, then use the scrub and water on it and then rinse of with water.

Cut a lemon in half and start rubbing.
After 3 months you look like you've fought a cat, after a year you may say you get it.
After 3 years you are even better and as long as you live, you are becoming a expert...
