My single current user (have a couple of other brushes just lying around) is a small ivory cutie from Matt - 18mm knot. It's definitely the least floppy of all silvertips I have tried (which I love) so you Josh might need to specify less dense / longer hair for your desired floppiness.

QED also has Savile Row Silvertip brushes with 32mm knots -- models 3132 & 3332 (I believe). Send Charles an e-mail for photo on the handle designs.
