I can't speak to the brush in question. I've never seen one in person. I have heard good things about Frank Shaving on eBay though. You might use that gift card for something else and try this instead.

Conk products are made for them so it's probably made by Vulfix or similar. it should be quality just check to make sure it's not too floppy unless of course you like floppy.

I used a Conk brush for a long time before I started using my own. I had no complaints except that the varnish tends to wear off. I didn't find it floppy at all. YMMV.
