My first brush
Well, it was a slow day at work, and we happen to have machinist tucked away in the corner, so after a short bargaining session (beer run) he spun a handle for me. A quick run to Lee Valley and couple rounds of sanding and polishing gave me this.

I must admit this is just a mock up, I still have to join the knot to the handle. Would epoxy be suitable for aluminum?

Wow, that is a fine looking brush!
i am afraid i can not help you with the glue as i have never set a knot before. You should use marine grade epoxy to help with any water issues.
