Thanked: 2027No,it is a matter of staying within traditional Norms as to proportions,If Your working with common woods that cost 50 cents a Brd ft you can let your imagination run amuck,nothing wrong with that at all,have fun.
When your working with exotic woods that cost $100 a brd ft ++ than economy is important.JMOCAUTION

That is what I was trying to say.... More brushes for less material.
Exotic woods can be $$$ so as to keep the cost down for a brush I would think that the less material you use that is still FUNCTIONAL the more cost efficient it would be so you could actually SELL them and make a profit.
I mean who would want to pay $300 for a brush?
