    There's big hunks on the bay. Real?????? Who knows. Most of the sellers have 100% feedback. Might be worth a try.

    Good question......
    I'm thinking about a hand grinder with a diamond blade. Use that while the lathe is spinning on the lowest speed.

    Now, boring the hole for the badger........ no idea.
