Thread: Turned Elk Antler #2

My second attempt at the Turned Elk Antler, I actually used a file to get the grooves in there

Overall Length = 105mm
Knot size = 24mm
Loft = 52mm
Overstuffed Silvertip Bulb
Base is Nickel Silver and Recon Turquoise

I really like the look and the feel of these brushes in hand, but they take a bit of care and concentration to work the antler on a lathe, I keep thinking I am going to push it just a tiny bit too much and I am going to see one explode
