Default How much bigger is 20mm than 18mm?

I know that probably sounds like a dumb question but I have a brush with an 18mm hole. I want to put a black badger knot in it but I can't find one under 20mm. Will I have to ream it out very much to get it in there?

Reminds me of a TV Commercial from back in the 70s (I guess) something about "A silly millimeter longer".
