    Wow, Ray! Been missing your work here for a bit. I am assuming aluminum? the tube through the middle looks to be brass.
    Is it all pressed together?

    Ray, that is outstanding.
    I too am trying to figure out how its done. Guessing the honey dipper handle provides grip but how is it held to the inner post. I initially thought it was a solid piece. Regardless how its done, I'm guessing it can't be duplicated on a 3/4 hp low end wood lathe

    That is one of the best brush designs I have seen. It totally excites the shiny lobes in my brain.
