It looks like you wrapped the handle in something while it was in the chuck. What did you use if one may ask?

Thanked: 2284Nope, didn't wrap it with anything. What is going on there is that the piece was not square at he beginning. I think it was 1 1/2" x 1 5/8" so only 2 jaws were grabbing the material initially. I was too lazy to square up the piece, so I turned the handle end round first, flipped it end for end and then did the other end. The ridge in the middle is just me staying away from those spinning jaws which created a high spot.
