Thanked: 375I have a feeling there's more to this brush handle than the pictures are revealing. How about a down the barrel shot? I like the combination of materials and Mesquite is a pretty nice looking wood IMO very rustic looking.

Here you go. I was going for a contrast between dark and light wood. The Ash came from a friend's wood pile, the Mesquite is some material I had left over from some pen blanks I cut. The triangle look is a result of the off-set turning. Its kind of a PITA to do and I yet to master the technique but it really can show off the grain in an ordinary piece of wood.
