Here are my last two. The teak brush is my personal and the Olivewood is for a customer.

Here's a couple brushes I've made using candle cups.
First one is natural oak, poly urathane finnish.
Other is maple, made a home made stain of equal amounts of vinager, water, and chunk of steel wool.
Don't know what loft or anything of measurements they are. But they are black badger.

I also borrowed an idea from MikeB52, and installed a magnet in the base of the handles. Gives me a whole array of places to hang it from.

Jmercer....after seeing the beautiful work you did to your brushes, I had to give a hand at restoring one.
I picked this one up in hopes of sending it out, and having it done. I talked with Andrew about it, and he tells me sure, but I believe you could do it yourself, I've seen a lot of Razors you've done in the past, and know you have the ability.
Well after looking into this thread, and looking at all the pics, I had to try myself.
It came apart perfectly

The string was wrapped around the base of the knot, once removed I wiggled the knot free of the cup, then the same for the cup to the handle.
I figure the string was either a filler, or the binder for the hair.
Maybe its why their called knots...?
I'll return...when its done.!!
That will clean up rather nicely. Can't wait to see the grain. Kinda looks tight and evenly spaced. Makes for interesting teardrop shapes in the grain face you can point up to logo. ;)
I'm thinking its maple or ash.
And the metal expansion ring is in the cup, and still good too
