Wood handled shave brushes
First off I wouldlove to see your wooden handled brushes. If there is wood in it I want to seeit here, be it store-bought/in-the-works/re-knotted/restored/custom. In advancethank you.
As promised way last year here is what I have been working on. First is theevil brush that started all this. Didn't like the knot, too floppy & coarseso I bought another one and changed it. Been at it ever since. Some of theselooked like drift wood off the beach and I thought I was nuts. Still working onrestoring the lettering. Need some more brushes to practice on. Heh! he! he!

You have done very nice work! I agree that wood handles seem to be a vintage pleasure brought up to date. Thank you!

Thanked: 4206Fantastic collection sir. Love the various shapes of handle. And the HMW knots, gorgeous.
Thanks for sharing.
Gave me some ideas for future shapes.

Thanked: 228Here is one I found a couple of months ago. Haven't done anything to it although I might just send it out to have it redone and re-knotted.

I really like wood-handled brushes. Painted, vintage, custom, whatever.
