Whatever it is....well, you combined some beautiful materials in a unique way. Very organic looking
I was going to also say it almost looks like a jewelers lathe of the watchmakers variety but they are even smaller than that.

What's the red material between the stag and Walnut? I got a tip from BWP1474 to use hotel room keys to add a strip of thin white to handles. So my last vaca I hung onto about 8.
The spacer is known as fibre liner, used in knife making mostly.

Well done sir and one of my favorite combinations, I have a knife in antler and Ironwood that has the Old flavor of the beautiful brush handle you made..
