Recent Efforts
Spalted Red Alder with African Blackwood Segment
Pulled this wood off the wood pile at my folk's place. Really lightweight so I added BBs for some heft
Scalloped Segments - Cocobolo, Birdseye Maple, Bloodwood
I've made this design in pens before and thought it would work well with a shave brush
Before Turning. I lost the segment on the right but I think it works better without it
Bloodwood, American Holly and Dyed American Holly w Stainless Steel Inlay
I may have exceeded my skill level on this one. More of a personal challenge to see if I could pull it off. The results are mixed. I'll let you guys decide

I like the scalloped segmented pattern, great choices for that one they look great together.
