Thread: Aluminium brush rebuild x 4

Finally got the C-mon hollowed out!
Stuff in the brush knot area was like nothing I've tried to remove before. Bonded to and muted my mill ends in moments as soon as it started to bite.

Persevered and got past it into sawdust. The rest emptied quite well.
Now to the snarling iron!

You can just see the embossed dent areas from the inside. These are what I hope to pop back out and smooth up some..


All in the hopes of removing that unsightly ding..
Really hoping to figure a way to vid the snarling process. We shall see.
