A nice brush and a well done job.
Having done a few brushes for me self and some for my kinfolks. I noticed that You buy a nice brush and like it, itīs a nice brush, but with the oneīs you make yourself you take to your heart and use them more often than the ones you bought.

Thanks all for the positive feedback. There is definitely something special in making an item as you want it to be. I must admit this is not something I was thinking of when I took up traditional shaving but it is a benefit for me.

That's absolutely brilliant. You must have some patience to do that without a lathe. Really well done, I'm sure it will serve you well and every time you use it you can say, I did that.

Craftsmanship and ingenuity produce superior results.
My father was an engineer. He used to tell me that sharpening a straight razor is like trying to build a ladder to the moon out of a roll of aluminum foil.

Very cool. the wood contrasts the bristles nicely.

Really nice result, be proud of that one. And keep 'em coming - I think you have a knack for this!
