    Default Christmas gift restorations

Throughout the year I found a fair amount of brushes at local antique/junk shops to restore and give to my close friends me family along with some homemade shave soap. All knots are from TGN except the red and black synth, which was from Whipped Dog. The wooden handles were rehydrated with mineral oil and then sealed up with a light layer of beeswax.

Excellent work! You may have caught the bug! Once you do one, it's hard to stop! Keep at it, from what I see you're doing great work.

Nicely done! I especially like how the wood turned out on the Certifyd. That's red & black synth is pretty funky - and a great match for that handle.

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.
