Hmm...couldn't get it to flatten, eh.!? How thick of a piece did you try it on.? It is a type of epoxy, so it may not soften.Mike

Thanks Mike. IIRC it was a piece about 2 x 6 x 1/2 or so. I'm over that failure now since i've found another use for it! Unfortunately now that i want to make more brushes of different colors i can't find any bowling balls
