I think they both look great, but if I had to pick, I’d agree that the brush on the right looks a bit more finished.

Either would look great in a shave den.

A fine project. The brush on the right has the more finished looking base from my perspective. You have opened my eyes with new possibilities on this thread.

My preference is the brush on the right as well.
I would like to see one with an inlay made with the material from the brush on the left.
I like the brighter white and higher contrast.

I agree. I think it will make it look much better.
