Thanked: 161WeatherWaxWorshops "Jorougumo"
Finally!
My first non prototype finished product
There's a lot of margin for improvement, but I can say that I love the result.
Pink ivory, ebony, and boxwood from the garden.
Cyano finish.

Cool!
A French lather beast! You can get a fist around that. Will go good with some ancient blades.
I dig it!"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.

Very nicely done. I like the look very much.

Thanked: 161Instead of creating a whole new thread, I'll add to this one.
A few creations made lately
Little one, 20mm G7 synthetic knot. Boxwood.
Shaped on the bandsaw, finished on the belt grinder
This one I posted elsewhere, a prize for a raffle on the French Coupe-Chou Clubs. Boxwood and leather. 1" G7
For the lady of the friend to which the above went. Amarante. 1" G7
This one has been adopted by a member of the CCC. Still a 1" G7 knot
Made this one this morning. Ash turned to ashes lol. Ash with a soshugiban. This one can accept a 30mm knot (here with a G7, but I have knot glued a knot yet).
Yes, it's a lot of G7, but I can stand by these knots, they are very nice and cheap.
I do have a High Mountain White 1" knot, but I still have to make the handle that fits it.Beautiful is important, but when all is said and done, you will always be faithful to a good shaver while a bad one may detter you from ever trying again. Judge with your skin, not your eyes.

Quite creative, eclectic even with the similar knots. I like them all. Sure like to see some nice blond boar in there.
