    Default Pegasus Brush Re-knot

Finally got my 20mm finest badger hair knot in the mail so thought I should finish my brush. Once I got the old knot out the rubber cap just screwed off the handle. I polished the rubber cap and painted the letters and pegasus in bright white. I stripped the old paint off the handle since there was bubbles and chips in the paint and repainted it white too match the lettering and clear coated it for added protection. I was right about the handle looking comfortable cause once I finished it I had to try it out a couple times and it was really comfortable to use. I liked the finest knot alot better than the silvertip knot I recently replaced. The finest felt alot more dense and almost as soft, but alot stiffer which I like. The silvertip was floppier than I like.

Nice work! Love the handle! I am digging my old reknots more these days. Assuming you bought from TGN, I find the Best is in the middle. The Silvertip soft and the finest (2 band) the one with most backbone. I use all 3, depending on which soap/cream I am using.
    Enjoy!

    I rest my case.
