Thread: New Stuff from Mastershake

I just got these very nice items from Mastershake, a member of SRP who makes/sells shaving stuff through his small company, 'Bald Frog Soap.' I got a jar of his shaving soap called 'Arabian Hooka', my favorite soap - it smells go good and lathers like crazy. I also got a jar of his pre-shave balm. Smells great too, and works wonders. The coolest thing of them all though, is the shaving brush he made for me. It's patterned after a brush I saw in this forum. The only difference is that, per my request, he turned some small grooves around the base of the brush. I thought that the grooves would help gripping it. Turns out, the grooves make it look better as well (I think). The handle is made out of East Indian Rosewood, a very classy looking, nicely figured wood. Mastershake got the 24mm Silvertip knot from Whipped Dog Straight Razor Equipment and was kind enough to install it into the handle for me.

Anyways... I am thoroughly pleased with all of the items in my order from Mastershake. The guy is a true craftsman who obviously takes pride in his fine work. He has extremely reasonable prices, is a talented craftsman, and is very knowledgeable. I don't think you can go wrong dealing with him. Let me know what you think of the stuff.
