    Question Ever-Ready C40 fell apart

I know some have read the thread where I found the brush dad gave me as a five year old to shave with him. Well I have tragic news. It cam apart. But I think it may be repairable. Does anyone know what kind of glue they used to put them together if any, because I can't event tell that there was any holding the red and white together. Also what kind of glue should I use to get her back into working order?

Shaving with facial hair is like a golfcourse. It's a challenge of rough and fairways. You are the skilled greenskeeper of your face?

That looks like some old glue on the inside of the white part.

ca would be best but I am wonder how big of a gap it would have to fill if you clean out the old glue. Or should he just leave the old glue in and use ca with it?

Sorry to revive. But I thought I would update with that I glued it back together so I can use it still.

Glad to hear that. The colorful handles on some of those old brushes are eye candy and I have replaced the knot in several of them. Things can come apart because who knows how old some of those are.
