    Default Done with the Simpsons

Several yrs ago I decided I would replicate (My way) every Simpson Brush out of an old 1930s catalog,Today I have finished that.
On the left Is an E3 Emperor in CoCobolo and African Blackwood with some sterling silver.
The other is the last solid Ivory brush I will ever turn,A very simple design known as the Rover,Of interest to me is it was turned from the very tip of a pre ban Ivory tusk, you can see the nerve root at the base.
Now I have to find a vintage Rooney Catalog

Sir Pixelfixed ; With all the power vested in me (which is absolutely none) and with SRP members as my witness , I here by proclaim you to be the 1 and only " Brushmeister ". I have yet to see anyone on the planet that can match your creativity and/or skill level in making shaving brushes.

There is a guy over on that other forum they call the brush stockpiler. He doesn't make them he just buys them. He has well over 100 brushes. It sounds like you can give him a run for his money.

Nice work - simply beautiful. Not sure why I still have not made a purchase off the classifieds. I will rectify that soon hopefully.

I will second the "Brushmeister" label. The pictures look incredible, and for those who have indulged give the finest reviews. You are producing true art from your work shop.
