Currently not much, doing my degree I have a lot to read but have taken a break, will get back into it when next semester kicks off. It's a ministry degree so a lot of history, theology, hermeneutics, psychology, ethics. A few great authors/scholars of mine are N.T. Wright, Ben Witherington III, Miroslav Volf, Jacqui Grey and David Parker. Very balanced approach to Christianity, quite un-fundamental.

I know that religion is generally avoided and I am not trying to provoke anyone, simply saying what I have been reading.

One book I will pick up shortly is almost a handbook for skinning/gutting/preparing meats and other "old world" activities. Can't remember the title but I know where to find it.
