Nope! Anglo-Saxon, blue-eyed Giant, comfortable with either a long sword, pikeaxe, mace or Long Bow, should despise the Normans and French by nature but am Canadian ( so I like everyone, sorry ), Agincourt and stuff like that is in the past. Again, as a Canadian, I should actually apologize to the French for my ancestors slaughtering their ancestors and France's nobility from time to time...sorry!

Doc says I have a very sensitive pancreas, and if the pancreas doesn't like what you're imbiding, it punishes you...enough said.

My main skill is pissing people off because I am honest,I just tell it like it is.People do not want to hear the truth anymore.
Wife and I just got back from a reunion of sorts, block party in a local we lived in last year.
Old codger I used to do alot of house repair work for came up and asked me why I quit returning his calls prior to us leaving,he had lots of work for me.I just flat out told him his wife was an idiot and nitpicked all I did when he was not around. He looked me square in the eye and said, your right.

Yes - that is wisdom! Huge life skill!

Long time ago, it dawned on me to stop trying to please people, because you can't win. At that moment, as the Enlightenment burst in my head, I realized it was OK to speak your mind, and if once in awhile you have to piss people off and be an a-hole, so be it!

    I commend you!

+1 on pancreas punishment. I spent 10 days in the hospital with pancreatitis several years ago. Pretty miserable experience.

    I finally acquired enlightenment.
I can catch trout on a hook that looks like a fly.
I can be laconic or sesquipedalian .
I can be fickle but have been straight shaving for 30 years.
I can see reflections in muddy water.
I can act without thinking or I can procrastinate.

And...I can eat 50 eggs... in an hour.

No matter how simple or difficult the assembly is, I can build it with less parts than the manufacturer; because I always have parts left over.

I'm working on my doctorate in humility. The older I get the more I realize how little I matter.....not in a bad way but the bravado of my younger years dissipates. I suppose that is not something unique to myself as I'm sure there have been many before me that have felt the same. Then again, that may have less to do with age and more to do with marital status. Other than that, I'm a great cook of mostly French cuisine, I love and appreciate art and music, and can drink like a pirate.

Ahhh...50 eggs in an hour!! You sure there isn't a Cool Hand in front of your name and no, "failure to communicate"?
