    Default running for children

This year I will be running the Rock and Roll half marathon in Cleveland, and while I have run a few marathons and half marathons this is the first one I will be running for a charity. I am running for the St Jude's Children's Hospital and Research Center, as a St. Jude Hero. It is a pretty amazing hospital, it is funded mostly by donations and doesn't charge anything for most of the families. If you don't know what they are all about here is some info on them

I will also be shooting for personal half marathon record

That is an honourable thing to do! Well done and good luck, sir.

    Good for you sinnfein!

I am trying to get back into running after spraining my ankle on the trail.

Ankle sprains are no fun, I ended up finishing up a half marathon one year with a pretty good stress fracture, that was pain
