Make sure you get up to Santa Lucia and try to check out the Necropolis too.
Watch out for the street thieves. they're everywhere as you can tell and they realy come out at night.
Drink the wine and lots of it and do yourself a favour and bring back some Pisco. Actually the Aguardiente from Quinta Normal is probably the best stuff. I drank the Malta when I was there, the Crystal being crap.
