no big deal, suck it up. I was going at it three weeks after I had my lumbar spine fused. just get some ben gay and get back in there.

have your wife fill up a 20 oz. coke bottle with hot water and roll it up and down your back with moderate pressure. Used to work for me ( until mine got to the spot where the screws are drilled in.

Exactly. Or, you could also develop some preventative exercises for the future and implement them at the gym. I'll leave the exact details up to you, but it might be best to do them when the gym is quiet... A weight belt might also help, just be careful when you buckle it up. (she apparently hurt her legs)...as of now...I am not getting a lot of sympathy...although I bet we look like an 80 year old couple walking down the street right about now.
