onerazor.com
This morning my son and I were watching a soccer match on TV and for the first time I saw an ad for a double edge razor. www.onerazor.com what is the world coming to?

Interesting, and a twist to open no less. Sometimes progress ,i.e. post DE, turns out to be regress.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Thanked: 1195I have mixed feelings on this.
For one, I'd much prefer if men would stop drinking the Gillette Kool-Aid and come to their senses. DE's are far superior to cart's in every way.
On the other hand, if DE's suddenly surged in popularity the cost of those (razors and blades) would likely skyrocket as a result, and as a part-time DE user that's not something I want to see!

Thanked: 3228I'd like to know where and who makes that TTO DE Gillette clone. I think in the meantime I will stick with vintage Gillette TTOs for the same or less money and a known quality product. OTH I think Rick Harrison knows what he is doing and sees a viable niches market to try and cater to. Hope it works for him.

Hey Bob!
Where do the 'clones' come from/who makes them? While I may be way off base here, I'd bet a dollar to a dog t**d that they come from China!!
I'm wondering if there are any members out there with a lot of experience with not only vintage DE's but some of the more modern ones like the Edwin Jagger and the Muhle's etc that would like to take this clone and it's blades for a ride!
I'd pop for it and have it delivered for a trial run, it could then be sent to me or to another just as long as it came home for me to have a go with it!
Obie!?!?!? What say ye? I know you have a lot of experience with DE's! Anyone else interested??
If you are, let us know and soon! I'm sure it's all hype but the offer is supposed to be a limited time deal! Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.

Well I just got done reading the article and watching the video and as far as the shaving demonstration goes, not bad! Stretching of the skin would have been preferred but overall not a bad demonstration!!
As I thought, the DE is probably made in China! As the poster has said only time will tell how it holds up!
Thanks For Posting!
I'm still game if any of the serious veteran DE users out there would like to try it for comparison, just let me know!!Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.
