We were in the car, on the way to get a few wings tonight; I was using O.J. Simpson as an example in a discussion on life.
We finished the discussion & walked through the parking lot into the restaurant ,,,, the man standing in line in front of us was wearing # 32,,,:shrug:

I wonder how O.J. Simpson could inform one on 'life.'
Son, O.J. Simpson liked wings.
He was pretty jealous also, which stemmed from his feeling of inadequacy.
He liked knives.
No respect for women or human life in general...
Did I mention he liked wings?

The life lesson discussed, was on how things that you say in a conversation can come back to haunt you later in life. The lesson did not center on O.J. , it centered on Mark Fuhrman ,,,, but I had to tell the story of O.J. to set the stage.

Apparently the deciding factors are: enjoying an afternoon nap (not especially), groaning when you get up (sometimes), choosing comfort over style when it comes to clothes (mostly), enjoying a night in over a night out (really depends on the company).
By these measures I am well on the way to middle age.

Wow...guess i'm in for just about all those points but, I am 52 after all. You forgot the increase of fiber in the diet. I never understood when I was young about why older people ate fiber....well.............

Mark Fuhrman was not discreet enough to only say what he thought to people he trusted...I thought MF got a raw deal. Well, I guess people you trust can betray you.

Enjoy the journey, the figures you quote are about right. The attitude you choose makes all the difference.
