I would like to pretend tgat they are for something more exciting but alas yes, along with a 3 & 6' double sided step ladder. The extension mainly just weighs the car down and uses fuel but when you need it you need it.
I like the kangaroo catcher on the front of the car.

About 10-15 years ago "Deer Whistles" were all the rage here in Wisconsin, until a cop went on TV bashing them after he blew up a deer going 70-80 mph (115-130 kph). Haven't seen one on a car since, except as a joke...
The roo ones seem to work, i havent hit a roo yet and you get a lot of them round here.
I suppose that nothing is foolproof but it would be interesting to see stats for deer strikes and see if more cars without the whistles hit a deer than cars with them.
If he was coming round a corner then that may have been part of the problem, i am not sure how directional these things are.
