I have serious question that's off topic for you gentlemen...
Her goes...My daughter is in third grade and she had a test late last week and unfortunately did not do very well.
So.......she had to bring it home and re-do the test. I helped her with it and we got to a question that baffled me, well it really didn't but I thought no way would they mess with a 9 yr. like that.
Here's the question:
Bob has 7 gallons of sports drink to make. And he has a 2 gallon bottle and a 2 quart bottle. What combination of bottles does he need to make 7 gallons.
Now please take your time and read the question & keep this in mind they're converting pints, quarts, cups and gallons through out this whole test.
I'd be grateful for the answers you come up with. I almost emailed the teacher about it saying the question is flawed, but realize it's been a long week and its late and I'm freakin tired. was up with her until 11:30 pm why on earth does a 9 yr old need to be up this late doing homework?Last edited by Trimmy72; 04-09-2014 at 04:45 AM.
