Thanked: 1587Definitely true - no joke. Well, some look like Sophie Monk or Holly Valance too, but you have to take the good with the bad I guess. Here's a photo of my sister doing some weekend charity work - feeding parking meters for poor unfortunates whose meters have expired.

(1) Nobody really knows, especially not themselves.
(2) Steak
(3) NO
(4) NO
(5) Roo chasing? You got me
(6) Gods I hope so.
(7) Roo chasing? You got me
(8) The second 'a' is silent.
The preceding responses are from an ignorant Canadian perspective and should not be taken as necessarily knowledgeable.

Witchety grubs are these HUGE fat creamy coloured maggot things which you hold by the head and then bite the body off while it's still wriggling around, right? And the taste is supposed to be like a ripe piece of stilton?
In the UK we have one of those reality shows called I'm a Celebrity Get me Out of Here which is populated by Z-list celebrities desperate for a bit of publicity to revive flagging careers. They camp out in the bush for weeks and are forced to undertake Bushtucker trials in front of the camera. Many of these trials are based around eating Bush Tucker. Like the aformentioned witchety grub. It's gone beyond that now though. In the last series the winner was challenged to eat raw crocodile eyeball, live stick insects, and believe it or not a piece of kangaroos anus (it was like a mini meat donut). The guy gave it a go, but just couldn't chew it due to its consistency (rubbery apparently).
Over in the UK people think that's what bush tucker is now. Sigh... reality TV. Awful and compelling at the same time. Sorry, .

James and John --- I've tied up some of my Elle MacPherson and Kylie Minogue blow up dolls (inflated ofcourse) and made them into a makeshift raft . I'm sailing out of Cameron Louisiana ---- I should reach Australia in few months (years?). Can't wait to try out the tucker. Let me know if you need anything from the U.S. --

James,
I'm pretty sure we let anyone into this country so long as they are not diseased or a criminal, don't we?
By the way James, where the bloody hell are ya

I spent a month in Australia in 2006, totally awesome country. My plan is to emigrate out there in a couple of years, I'm just working on getting the visa requirements sorted at the moment.
I don't think I saw an ugly chick the whole time I was there, I don't mean 'really' ugly either, I mean I don't recall seeing any chicks that didn't make me think "goddamn".
I was there a month, but it seemed like just a few days - I wish I was back there now!
