What time frame was that? The Harris Ranch was a very popular mealtime destination for the Moffett Field Flying Club. I wasn't a member, but had many excellent meals the ranch.

About 1958 ish,my Dad was career navy,we lived at Moffett Field,on base.

Cool...I was stationed there from 1989-1993.

I retired last year after 33 years.

Was a great place to grow up as a kid,we had free reign of the hangers, the PX, the Commisarys,used to shoot jack rabbits on the runways and hunt ducks in the bay behind the base.Oh, and they had condom machines in the bathrooms,10 cents ea,was a badge of honer for all 12 year old guys to carry one in his wallet,they never got used tho
